What approval covers

Qualification and integration discovery establish the use case, contacts, canonical profile, and mapping review before credentials are issued.

Endpoint, identifier mapping, and subscription approval lead into request, response, error, and integration-specific milestone delivery validation. Production uses a separate approval and controlled activation.

Rotation, support contacts, and offboarding expectations remain part of the operating relationship after activation.
